"And If They Spoke..." VIII La Justice | Justice

"I see you. All of you. I see the parts of yourself that you have yet to discover, and I see the parts of yourself that you have discarded and forgotten. I see the parts of yourself hidden from memory, for I represent your conscience, the inner voice that accompanies you through your eternal travels throughout the cosmos. Can you see me?

Face me, by facing yourself. You cannot run from me, for I am always with you, ready and willing to help you achieve the balance you desire. My patience is endless. Our meeting is inevitable, though it is you who sets the appointment. I deal only in terms of absolute truth. All of your deepest secrets have nowhere to hide when you are in my domain. I tolerate no lies, and any attempts to fool me are fruitless. You must stand before me in naked humility if you desire my blade to sever the ties that hold you in despair.

Those who stand before me are not in fear, for they have the courage to see who they truly are, and are ready to face any consequences to their misdeeds. Those who stand before me recognize the source of my wisdom, and recognize that source within themselves. Those who stand before me seek mercy, and I am just as merciful as I am wise, even more so, in truth. And truth is a prerequisite for mercy. Kneel before me in honest repentance, and rise without shame, for you are forever loved as a child of the divine."
